Because listings without one get markedly fewer replies, and every survey of physician job seekers says the same thing. You do not have to publish a single figure — a real band is enough, and you can say how it is structured in the field below it.

Some listings are curated: we found the post on the employer's own public careers page and listed it at no charge, clearly badged, with the apply button pointing at the employer's own application page. If it is yours, you can claim it — keep it live for 60 days, add the call schedule and range, update it any time — or ask for it to come down, and it comes down the same day. Nothing curated is ever charged for.

Yes. Use the contact form or reply to your receipt and a person will do it — no account needed and you do not need to have kept the receipt. If you created an account when you posted, you can do it yourself.

Not at the moment. This board carries attending and consultant surgeon posts only. Mixing in training posts and allied health would double the listing count and halve the reason a surgeon opens the weekly email.
